The Unleashing Talent Passport is a Level 2 Qualification based on the 6 Core Dimensions of the NHS Knowledge and Skills Framework (KSF) and is targeted at Bands 1 and 2 staff.  With Essential Skills Literacy embedded into it, participants achieve 2 qualifications as part of their learning journey.  The qualification is focused on service need and closely links participants’ job roles to the training provided.  The project used this qualification as a means of accrediting the induction journey for staff within their KSF Foundation Gateway year.
